Found this little treat in the collection. Its the DB 10 album off Breakbeat Science from 2002. Normally I wouldn’t really care, but the artwork was done by Kaws for the sleeve.

During one of my long lost nights cruising the internet I stumbled upon this little gem. Apparently, Frank Kozic designed this Ganesh LSD blotter art some time back.

Adam Tensta:Swedish Posterboy for Streetwear
September 27, 2008 · Leave a Comment
So this kid’s shit has been droppin’ all year. Adam Tensta, of Tensta, Sweden is apparently the poster boy for streetwear culture. Every video he has dropped has been laced with everything from The Hundreds, Eriffs, Mishka, etc… His sound is a Discobelle wet dream, a mix of hip-hop and electro, heavy synths, chopped and tweeked female vocals. His videos are a reminder of Justice days past, and bubblegum rave graphics.
This is his latest video for the single Dopeboy off their label RMH Respect My Hustle.
You can spot him drop his all mighty Hundreds fitted while running upstage to accept his award at the Swedish MTV Music Awards.

Christian Poveda
recently put out a documentary, La Vida Loca. This film focuses on the tribulations of the most brutal street gangs running El Salvador. This is definitely not for Discovery Channel. Al those other “gangland” shows on TV ain’t got shit on what Poveda brings to the table.

So it’s been a while, but after one too many times of catching shit from Mason; I’m back bitches!
It’s been a long hot one, and rather than posting, my ass has literally been stuck to the leather of my couch all damn summer. I can’t express to you all enough, how much I really hate summer.
I spent most of my time miserable in my poorly air conditioned apartment, or parked at the bar with my lady, enjoying their air conditioning at the expense of my liver. Stephbomb’s stoop was the spot for a good part of the summer. Poppin’ bottle caps, and spittin’ the bullshit till the wee hours of the night. Bar hoppin from the stoop to the dancefloor, we cut up a rug more than once. Big up ma man Beau Diddly (a.k.a B. Diddy), keep your head up kid.
It was the summer of Crocs, boat-shoes, Lil Weezy, Kanye being a bitch, Obama players, Obama haters, and a bunch of other bullshit we’ll put to bed this fall. I have never seen such a lame situation as I did this summer.
The cool days and nights will lay word to better ways. Fall laces my mind with thoughts for a new format. Y’all been sleepin on the come up all summer, and now it’s time to come correct.
